WinterWave Group Registration

1. Fill out the Group Registration Form and submit your deposit 

Both the form and the deposit must be received and completed to secure your registration. 

Click HERE to fill out the Group Registration Form. We cannot guarantee any spots without a $50/person deposit. Deposits are accepted by credit card and check. Make check payable to Beulah Beach or pay via credit card over the phone (440) 967-4861. We are simply going to fill the slots first come first serve. In the event that on-site housing is full, off-site housing can be discussed.

2. Access & Download Promotional Materials HERE and start promoting the retreat.

3. Final Numbers and any cancellations must be submitted by January 3 for Retreat 1 and February 2 for Retreat 2.

We realize you may be depositing for people whom you aren’t sure are attending our not. You are encouraged to deposit for a conservative maximum number of students you believe you will be bringing.

Deposits cannot be refunded, but deposits of cancelled registrations (up to 20% of your total registrations) may be applied to your entire group fee up until 14 days before your event. If cancellations are not made 14 days prior to your event, you assume responsibility for the entire camp fee.
