If you are looking for a school-day alternative for your kids, enroll them in Day CampU! Our Fall Day Camps are designed for kids 1st-5th grade. Campers will interact with other kids their age, get scheduled time to work on school work, have a blast at physical and outdoor education classes, and enjoy some Beulah-only special activities! Each day comes with a lunch and an afternoon snack.

Education Meets Camp

  • Register online at bbeach.org/register
  • $160 / week or $32/ day
  • Sending 2 or more students = $140/week or $28/day per student
  • Includes lunch and snack
Camp Staff
  • The camp staff will enter undergo temperature checks before entering facility
  • Will sanitize equipment, chairs, and materials before and after each session
  • Staff will wear face coverings during camp
  • The staff will wash and sanitize hands before and after every session, restroom break, water break, and snack break.
  • The staff will monitor physical distancing throughout the camp
  • Staff will be responsible for the same participants for the entire day and camp
Camp Check-In and Check-Out
  • Drive-Thru Check in and Check out
  • Daily Temperature checks at drop off (Campers with temperatures over 100 degrees will not be permitted to participate that day)
  • Parents/guardians remain in their car as campers are greeted by a staff member
  • At checkout, parents/guardians will follow the same route as drop off
  • Before and after care may be available upon request for additional price
Items To Bring
  • Face Coverings 
  • Water Bottle (with the individuals name on the bottle)
  • Appropriate tennis shoes andclothes
  • Laptop/Device for completing school work (as well as any other materials needed to complete course work assigned by school)
  • Headphones for computer for privacy during homework
Daily Operations
  • Rooms and shared materials will be sanitized by staff on a regular basis
  • Campers will wash hands regularly before and after activities
  • Lunch will be served by our Food Service Staff according to our health and safety protocols
  • Activities will be held inside and outside
  • Thank you for reminding you kids of social distancing rules
  • Campers will have a station in a classroom 6 feet apart from any other student to complete their work
  • Campers will be social distanced during all times during ‘Study Hall’.
  • Campers must wear a mask during study hall and all times when eating and physical activity are not taking place 
  • ALL bags, computers, notebooks must have the child’s name on them for identification
  • Accommodations for Live Class Meetings will be made

  • 8:30-9:00  Arrival @ Playground (gym if raining)

    9:00-10:00  Sports and Rec

    10:00-11:30  Study Hall

    11:30-12:00  Mix

    12:00-1:00  Lunch

    1:00-2:00  Study Hall

    2:00-2:30  U-Skills

    2:30-2:45  Snack and Story Time

    2:45-3:15  OE

    3:15-3:45  Game

    3:45-4:00  Playground/ Pick Up (Gym if raining)

Daily Activities Description

•  Sports & Rec – Use of motor skills, hand-eye skills with Phys. Ed games

  • Study Hall – Quiet time for school work, and designated virtual meetings
  • Mix – Bible Lesson 
  • U-Skills – Students participate in various activities practicing life and art skills (music, dance, cooking, foreign languages, etc.)
  • Games – Fun competitive classroom games
  • OE– Students participate in modified versions of our current outdoor education classes (birds, maps/compasses, trees, fossils, etc.)
