Cancellations

While we are always disappointed when someone must cancel their Beulah Beach experience, but we know that situations come up that make this unavoidable. 

If you need to cancel, please contact us at (440) 967-4861 or by email at registrar@bbeach.org. Our team would be more than happy to assist you. 

OVERNIGHT AND DAY CAMP CANCELLATIONS

 PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2026 CAMPS: Should cancellation become necessary,  a refund will be issued less the $50 non-refundable deposit up until a week before the start date of the camp.  No Refunds will be issued for any cancellation made in the week before a camp starts or after camp has begun.  If you need to change or cancel a registration please contact us at registrar@bbeach.org.

FAMILY AND ADULT EVENT CANCELLATIONS

Should cancellation become necessary, a refund will be issued, less the nonrefundable deposit for each registrant.  No Refunds will be issued for any cancellation made in the week before an event starts or after the event has begun.  If you need to change or cancel a registration please contact us at registrar@bbeach.org.

IF CAMP IS CANCELLED, WILL I GET A FULL REFUND?

In the event your camp is cancelled, we’d like to provide three options – two of which assist us in continuing to create life-impacting experiences for families.

Your options would include:

• Beulah Beach providing a full refund 
• Transferring what you’ve already paid into a 2027 event and ensuring your spot for a future experience!
• Donating what you’ve already paid as a tax-deductible donation
