The Beulah Beach Benefit Auction is held each Memorial Day Weekend. It begins with a flower/plant auction on Friday afternoon at 4:00 PM and finishes with a LIVE in-person Auction on Saturday. Join hundreds of people showing their support through fellowship, food and bidding.
It is intentionally a day of fellowship, food, family and faith in a fun bidding atmosphere to raise money for the ministry of Beulah Beach.

Donate Items
We need lots of brand new items! Can we count on you to purchase and donate an item? Please drop off your item by May 1 or call us for pick-up at 440-967-4861. A list of items we are praying for can be viewed below.

Lodging Info
If you are looking to stay at Beulah Beach over Auction Weekend fill out a lodging reservation form. Lodging Friday night is FREE!
Auction Preview Night
Browse auction items at Auction Preview Night, Friday evening. Get some flowers at the Flower & Plants Auction, enjoy some ice cream, and stick around for Special Entertainment!
Kids Zone
Auction Weekend is GREAT for the whole FAMILY as we set up the BLOW-UP TOYS and our ROCKWALL and have a ball!
This is so much more than a fundraising or friend raising event! We are praying for 1,000 bell ringers this year! Lives changed! So, we’re really lifting up Jesus who said, ‘If I be lifted up, I will draw everyone to myself!’ This is why we do this!

Auction FAQ
How do I donate an item?
Please contact us at auction@bbeach.org or fill out this form and drop the item off at the Beulah Beach Office. If you need the item picked up, let us know.
When can I start bringing Items?
We are open for business YEAR ROUND! We are always “talking auction” around here!
What is the deadline to donate an item?
We prefer all items to be donated by May 1. There are some
items that we like to promote on social media so the sooner we receive the better we can draw interest.
What kind of items are you looking for?
All items should be BRAND NEW and have a retail value of at
least $25. We work very hard not to make this look like a church rummage sale or someone’s garage sale.
Can I donate a good USED ITEM?
No. We only take NEW items. We have found through the years that used and antique items just do not sell well with our audience. Thanks, but no thanks.
Can I donate Gift Cards, Vacations, Services?
Yes! Yes! And, Yes! Gift Cards actually do real well with
Friends of the Beach! Do you want to offer an oil change, or paint a room, or clean up somebody’s yard? These are all labors of love and ways you can bless Beulah Beach. Do you have a vacation home or idea that may go well for our auction, we’re certainly interested!
What about UNIQUE and ANTIQUE?
Maybe. We’ll leave this up to the auction committee. There have been some Beulah Beach specific items that have gone well with our audience.
What about handmade items?
This is a tricky one. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder – especially if someone has labored countless hours on something. If we believe it will be sold for more than $25, we
may be interested. We’ll leave this up to the auction committee.
What if I have a vehicle that is NOT BRAND NEW?
WE WILL TAKE IT!! Vehicles could include a boat, a jet ski, a car, a camper, a motorcycle, an electric bike, a go cart, a golf cart
