Summer Positions

Here is a brief description of what each position entails. Rank in order of preference, any/all positions or which you would like to be considered.

Resident Camp Counselor — These counselors get a counseling group of 8-10 kids every Sunday afternoon and they live life with their campers all week long. The ages of the campers range from 8 to 18, and each week is different with an emphasis on different activities.

Day Camp Counselor — Day camp counselors hang out with their kids, ages 5-12, every Monday-Friday, from 7:30 to 5:30. In the evenings, Day Camp counselors are involved in the worship band and in the services for Resident Camp.

Beulah on the Road Counselor — These counselors spend staff training at Beulah Beach, and then depart on a summer long road trip, traveling to churches all across the Midwest and taking the Beulah Beach experience “on the road.” This team will report back to Beulah Beach every weekend.

The Crew--Mark 10:43 Staff Members--The Crew is the hands and feet behind everything that happens behind the scenes at Beulah Beach. You may have the opportunity to drive boats, canoes, lifeguard, drive wave runners, supervise games, oversee paintball, build fires, and manage equipment, all in the name of Christ. We are looking for hard workers with servant’s hearts to be on our Crew!

The Media Team--John 14:26 Staff Members The Media Team is a group of gifted individuals that help kids remember their camp experience! We’re looking for picture takers, video capturers, worship leaders, sound technicians and video editors to use their abilities to serve the Lord! The Media Team also gets to be heavily involved in the theme for the summer, which is an absolute blast!

The T-Crew--Colossians 3:17 Staff Members--The T-Crew is a group of juniors and seniors in high school that have a heart for serving the Lord in a camp setting! T-Crew members will spend time working in the kitchen, Snak Shack, our camp store, and will help run activities on some of our biggest days of the summer! The T-Crew is often a way for high school students to get plugged into Beulah Beach early and it hopefully prepares them for more summers to come! This position requies a great servant attitude and work ethic!

Dates of Availability

All volunteers must be able to stay through the entire camp. Day Camp volunteers must be available Sunday prior to camp through camp close on Friday.
