Thank you for your interest in counseling at Beulah Beach.
Things that you should be aware of:
C.I.T. Counselor In Training are not paid staff during the
summer.
As a C.I.T. you must be 16 or 17 years old; on a
weekly basis; you will be paired
up with a veteran
counselor for your first week of camp. (all 16 or 17 year old
volunteer counselors must complete the Counselor In Training program)
Please prayerfully consider your decision to apply for counseling, its importance, and the impact you will have on young people through your ministry as a counselor.

Because of our commitment and devotion to Jesus Christ, each position requires that you set a Christ-like example, along with supporting the other staff members and camper in prayer. To aid in your personal growth as a Christian we also would like you to maintain daily devotions.
