Adrenaline Alley has some initiatives at ground level comprising the Low Team Challenge Course, while others are set 25-30 feet up comprising the High Challenge Course. The initiatives are designed to challenge the participant physically, spiritually, and socially in a wooded outdoor setting.

Our facilitators will work with you to explore and develop your desired traits and goals. The group participates directly and experientially in programs designed to work on their specific areas of interest.

Ropes courses utilize elements/initiatives made with rope, steel cable and wood. They are comprised of a series of structures installed in a wooded area. Some are at ground level and others are installed high off the ground. The elements may include walls, beams, cable and rope traverses, nets, bridges, ladders, and platforms. Applying a safe challenge in a moderately stressful way can result in many beneficial personal gains such as increased self-esteem, confidence, and a greater feeling of personal achievement. Each initiative is used as a group exercise to facilitate group communication and can be directed to motivate individuals within a group, or the group as a whole. Each participant leaves with a much better feeling about himself and others in the group. Greater understanding between individuals is the key ingredient to individual and group success.  Speed and individual excellence are NOT the goals. Success is not determined by how well individuals or groups perform, but rather by the extent to which they are willing to try something new and work together to accomplish a task.

The ultimate goal of Adrenaline Alley is to develop: TRUST RESPECT COMMUNICATION RISK-TAKING TEAMWORK LEADERSHIP Success is determined by the extent to which you are willing to try something new as an individual or as a team working together to accomplish a task. We look forward to working with you to personalize your experience.
